A great in-depth account of the kidnapping and murder of Exxon CEO Sidney Reso in 1992. I knew some things from back when it occurred but this book shed light on many areas. What Sidney Reso and his family had to endure is unimaginable. It is amazing how the FBI and local law enforcement worked together to solve this crime. The couple responsible were so cruel, heartless and non remorseful. The author has done an excellent job of presenting the story so you feel you are on the sidelines close by observing what is happening. I enjoyed this book and recommend it. I won this book in a GoodReads Giveaway!

Fast-paced, good writing, and an intriguing story. John O'Rourke does a great job of navigating the reader through a complex kidnapping and ransom case from the 1990s.
